Fondsfinans owns the trekking lodge Fondsbu at Eidsbugarden on the western shore of Bygdin, a lake in the Jotunheimen region. The lodge is rented to the Oslo region of the Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT) for a peppercorn rent.

Fondsfinans annually supports the charitable foundation Svanhild og Arne Must fond for medisinsk forskning (medical research) with a considerable contribution.
